At RAZA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.



2. Condition of Product

The product must be returned in its original condition, and undamaged.

Items that are tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.



3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a 100% refund of your order amount.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or adjusted in your next order (for COD customers).



4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.



5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners with Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
